What browsers do you test in?: All work is tested in Internet Explorer 6 & 7, Firefox 2 & 3, Opera 8 & 9 and Safari 3. Email newsletters are also tested in Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Thunderbird, Outlook 03 & 07. I can also make sites Dreamweaver compatible, however this must be requested before the project begins (it’s not included standard).

Privacy & Non Disclosure

Will you sign an NDA?: I’m surprised when I get a project that’s not NDA! They are no problem, just email it over and I’ll get a signed copy back to you. Rest assured, no-one will ever find out that I completed your project.
Will my project go in your portfolio?: I will ask your permission before placing your projects in my portfolio. Not a great situation if your client finds their project in my portfolio!

Design to HTML & CSS: Average $150-$200. Includes: Valid HTML 4.0 Strict or XHTML Strict Markup, Valid CSS 2.1, Browser Compatibility: IE6, IE7, FF2, FF3, Opera 9 and Safari 3, Search Engine Friendly Markup, CSS Sprites, Maximum Image Optimisation
Design to Wordpress: Average $150-$250. Includes: Valid XHTML Strict Markup, Valid CSS 2.1, Browser Compatibility: IE6, IE7, FF2, FF3, Opera 9 and Safari 3, Search Engine Friendly Markup, CSS Sprites, Maximum Image Optimisation, Integration with Wordpress, Widgetising of sidebar (with any required plugins), Free installation on your server, and a variety of great plugins installed for SEO, user interactivity and security (if requested)
Design to Email Template: Average $200-$250. Includes: HTML 4.0 Markup, Inline CSS, Browser Compatibility: IE6, IE7, FF2, FF3, Opera 9 and Safari 3, Email Client Compatibility: Gmail, Hotmail, Thunderbird, Outlook 03 + 07, Yahoo, Maximum Image Optimisation

Payment

How does payment work?: For new customers, upfront payment is required so no scamming takes place. For repeat customers, payment is upon completion. Rest assured, if you are not happy with my service you will receive your money back.
Do you have discounts for repeat customers?: Yep, sure do. The more work per month, the larger the discount.
What payment methods do you accept?: All international payments are through Paypal (Balance or Credit Card) or Moneybookers. Australian clients can pay via Direct Deposit.
