Email Terms
The information contained in electronic communication sent from the matthewrochow.com domain and any attachments thereof is confidential and may be privileged. If electronic communication is either intentionally or inadvertently misdirected to an individual or group other than the indicated recipient, such electronic communication should be deleted.
Matthew Rochow requests that the sender of misdirected electronic communication notify Matthew Rochow of the situation immediately and delete any emails and/or files that were not intended for them.
Recipients of misdirected electronic communication should not retain copy or use Matthew Rochow electronic communication for any purpose, nor disclose all or any part of its content to any other person. All messages sent to and from Matthew Rochow or any associate company may be monitored to ensure compliance with internal policies and to protect his business. Electronic communications are not secure and cannot be guaranteed to be error free as they can be intercepted, amended, altered, lost or destroyed. Additionally, although Matthew Rochow takes all reasonable and customary measures to ensure that outgoing electronic communication is free of virus infection, such infection remains a possibility, and no liability will be held against Matthew Rochow if an infection does occur.
Anyone who communicates with me by electronic communication is taken to accept these risks. The contents of any electronic communication addressed to my clients are subject to usual terms of business; anything which does not relate to the official business of the company is neither given nor endorsed by it.
This Email may contain privileged information and remains the property of the author. You may not reveal the contents to anyone without the authors express authority to do so.
These terms and conditions may update at any time without notice.
By exchanging in email communication with Matthew Rochow you thereby agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, notify Matthew Rochow (a single “notification of non-agreement” email is not subject to any terms and conditions stated in this document), and then delete any emails and files that have been sent by Matthew Rochow.
